My Story
From a pressure washer to a movement
Pat Clark’s story starts in Duncan, South Carolina — with a pressure washer, a truck, and a decision to bet on himself. What began as one man knocking on doors grew into Precision Pro Wash, a national exterior cleaning franchise with locations across the Southeast and Northeast. Along the way, Pat learned the sales systems, team-building strategies, and mindset shifts that took a solo operation to a multi-market brand.
In 2018, Pat launched Sales Boost to hand those exact systems to other home service business owners — the ones ready to stop guessing and start scaling. Since then he’s coached hundreds of entrepreneurs, helped clients close six-figure deals, and built a reputation as the guy who tells you the truth about what’s actually holding your business back.
His philosophy is simple: GOYA — Get Off Your Ass. Change Your Life. No more waiting. No more wondering. The systems exist. The only variable is you.
Family First
A hardcore family man
Pat and his wife Shielagh have been married for 20 years, and together they’re raising four kids — two of whom have already graduated high school. Family isn’t something Pat does on the side of the business; it’s the whole reason for the business exists.
It’s part of why Gutter Butter exists, too — a family-run product business where Pat’s kids are learning entrepreneurship firsthand while supplying pros with the industry’s best oxidation remover. For Pat, success isn’t worth much if it doesn’t mean more time and opportunity for the people he loves most.
Need for Speed
Life in the fast lane
When Pat isn’t building sales systems, he’s chasing a different kind of adrenaline. He drag races his motorcycle, drifts his Nissan 350Z with his kids riding shotgun, tears up trails on his mountain bike, and spends as much time as he can camping and jetskiing with the family. If it’s fast, outdoors, and a little bit reckless, there’s a good chance Pat’s already done it — probably with his kids close behind.
